Meanwhile, CPI secures the required financing through major financial institutions by leveraging our network of brokers, key principals & guarantors. Our network typically allows us to secure nonrecourse financing options at attractive rates, usually with a two year interest-only period. Upon completion of the equity raise and securing the required financing, CPI closes on the property and acquires the asset.

With a 3 to 5 year time horizon, we complete our strategic plan by year 3 to reposition the asset for divestment. Our strategy involves leaving room for further improvement to ensure our properties remain attractive to a variety of buyers including other syndicators, pension plans and institutional investors.
