Eric Bleau, a seasoned real estate investor, marketer, growth hacker, and educator, joined CPI Capital as a partner and Chief Marketing Officer, leveraging his extensive real estate expertise and innovative marketing skills.
 
Growing up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, Eric was inspired by the region’s technological revolution, cultivating a forward-thinking tech-driven mindset. This along with an extensive background in real estate investing, development, and construction project management, combined with his passion for computers and technology led him to adopt a cutting-edge marketing methodology known as “Growth Hacking” to the real estate industry.  Popularized by early-stage tech startups seeking rapid and scalable success, this approach leverages data-driven strategies, innovative tools, and unconventional marketing techniques to achieve exponential growth.
 
Recognizing its potential, he applied these principles to multifamily syndication—a sector traditionally reliant on conventional marketing methods. By integrating data analytics, automation, and creative outreach strategies, he contributed to the remarkable growth of Grocapitus Investments, positioning the company as a leader in the multifamily real estate space.
 
Eric brings this unique technical innovation with real estate expertise to CPI Capital. As Chief Marketing Officer, he leads marketing strategy and execution to enhance the company’s brand, drive growth, and foster strong investor relationships.
